SmartFlow does not sync reports to VisionVPM

If SmartFlow does not sync SmartFlow reports to VisionVPM after you discharge a patient, do these troubleshooting steps.

Configure SmartFlow to sync reports individually

  1. Select the user account button.

  2. Select SETTINGS.
    The SETTINGS command
    SmartFlow shows the General screen.
  3. In the SETTINGS section, select Documents Management.
    The Documents Management command
    SmartFlow shows the Documents Management screen.
  4. Set MERGE REPORTS INTO ONE PDF to No.

Configure SmartFlow to sync records to your PIMS

  1. Select the user account button.

  2. Select SETTINGS.
    The SETTINGS command
    SmartFlow shows the General screen.
  3. Select EMR.
    The EMR command
    SmartFlow shows the EMR Integration screen.
  4. Set SEND BILLING & MEDICAL RECORDS TO EMR to ON.
