SmartFlow PDF attachments show an error when you try to open them
Do this troubleshooting if a SmartFlow PDF attachment shows an error when you try to open it in ezyVet. The error could show:
- Failed to load PDF document
- Could not open because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged
The MERGE REPORTS INTO ONE PDF setting is set to Yes
SmartFlow has a MERGE REPORTS INTO ONE PDF setting:
If you set MERGE REPORTS INTO ONE PDF to Yes, ezyVet will receive one PDF attachment that has the reports and also many other related PDF attachments. If you try to open the PDF attachment that has the reports, the PDF will show correctly. If you try to open one of the other related PDF attachments, ezyVet will show an error.
Set MERGE REPORTS INTO ONE PDF to No
