Recommended settings of the SmartFlow integration
IDEXX customer support recommends settings for the SmartFlow integration. The settings control how ezyVet and SmartFlow sync treatment and invoice information. Use the recommended settings when you configure the integration.

Recommended ezyVet integration settings
In ezyVet, the Sync Treatment Type? settings control how ezyVet syncs each treatment type with SmartFlow. Select Billable for treatment types that you invoice. Usually, these are Procedure and Medication. As a result, ezyVet transfers the applicable treatments to your invoices.
Select All for treatment types that are not payable but that must sync with ezyVet (for example, Monitoring).
