Make a support ticket (web)

If SmartFlow does not operate correctly, you can make a support ticket. After IDEXX customer support receives the ticket, they can help with your problem.

Before you make a support ticket, do the following steps:
  1. Try to find the applicable documentation at docs.smartflowsheet.com.
  2. Restart your computer.
  3. Restart your wireless network.
To make a support ticket, do this procedure.
  1. On the leftmost side of the screen, select the EMAIL SUPPORT button.

    SmartFlow shows the Submit a ticket screen.
  2. Enter as much information as possible in the boxes.
  3. If necessary, complete the Turing test.
  4. Select Submit.
  1. IDEXX customer support receives your support ticket.
  2. After IDEXX customer support makes changes to your support ticket, you automatically receive an email message.
