Enroll a staff member in the SmartFlow university

You can enroll a staff member in the SmartFlow university. Staff members can use the SmartFlow university to learn about SmartFlow before they use SmartFlow to record clinical care information.

To enroll a staff member, do this procedure.
  1. Select the user account button.

  2. Select SETTINGS.

    SmartFlow shows the General screen.
  3. In the SECURITY section, select Users.
    The Users command
    SmartFlow shows the Users screen.
  4. In the TRAINING STATUS column, select the Enroll button that is adjacent to the applicable user account.
    Note: If necessary, you can enroll more than one user account at the same time.
  5. Select Confirm enrollment of 1 user account.
    Note: The button shows a number to identify the number of user accounts that you want to enroll. For example, if you select the Enroll button of two user accounts, the button shows Confirm enrollment of 2 users.
The user accounts are enrolled in SmartFlow university. SmartFlow sends the staff member an email. The staff member can use the email to sign in to the SmartFlow university.
