About SmartFlow university
SmartFlow university helps you and your staff learn how to use SmartFlow.
After your organization signs up to SmartFlow, you and your staff can get access to SmartFlow university. You can enroll applicable staff, and each staff member uses SmartFlow university independently to complete applicable training courses.

After you enroll a staff member in a training course, SmartFlow university sends an email to the staff member's email address. The email gives information about the training course and a link that the staff member can select to sign-in and start their training course. Training course information
SmartFlow university has specified training courses for different roles in an organization. You can learn information about SmartFlow that is applicable to your role.
For example, SmartFlow university has training courses applicable for:
- Technicians
- Receptionists
- Management
- Veterinarians
SmartFlow university has different types of training content in their training courses. A training course can include:
- Short videos
- Workshops
- Multiple choice quizzes
To complete a training course and receive a certificate, you must complete all of the necessary tasks.
The time necessary for you to complete a training course is between 60 minutes and 90 minutes.
SmartFlow university does not give a due date for you to complete the specified training courses. But it is recommended that you complete it in the 2 weeks before your site's go-live date with SmartFlow.
After you complete your applicable training course:
- You can get access to the training course certificate in your SmartFlow university account
- In the next 24 hours, you receive an email with your SmartFlow sign-in information
- You can sign in to your SmartFlow university account to get access to the training course content again
