Remove a form that a client did not complete

If necessary, you can remove a form that a client did not complete. For example, if you accidentally selected the incorrect form, you can remove it.

To remove a form, do this procedure.
  1. Select the applicable patient card.
    SmartFlow shows the patient's flowsheet.
  2. Select the dashboard button.

  3. Select the Forms button.
    The Forms button
    SmartFlow shows the forms screen.
  4. Select the pencil button.
    Each form that the client did not complete move and show a remove button.
  5. Select the remove button of the applicable form.
  6. Select the save button.
SmartFlow does not have the form.
