Remove a form

A practice manager can remove a form. For example, if a form is not necessary, the practice manager can remove it.

To remove a form, do this procedure.
  1. Select the user account button.

  2. Select SETTINGS.

  3. In the TEMPLATES AND FORMS section, select Forms.

  4. Hover over the name of the form, and select the applicable form.

  5. Select the pencil button that is adjacent to the name of the form.

  6. Select DELETE.

  7. Select Delete Form.

SmartFlow removes the form.
