When you select EMAIL SUPPORT, your browser automatically opens a new tab that shows the Submit a ticket screen. SmartFlow automatically enters:

• The email address of your SmartFlow user account
• The user name of your SmartFlow user account
• The device reference
• The version number
• The email address of your SmartFlow clinic
• The IDEXX Clinic SAP ID of your SmartFlow clinic
• The SmartFlow ID of your SmartFlow clinic
