Remove a treatment task note
An example of when to remove a note from a treatment task is when the note is in the incorrect task.
Note: This task is only applicable if the note has more than one word. For more information, refer to Treatment task text (staff initials or clinical information).
Note: You cannot use this procedure to remove these items from a treatment task:
- An image
- A video
- A signature
- Select NOTES.SmartFlow shows a Notes dialog box.
- Select DELETE.SmartFlow shows a Are you sure you want to delete dialog box.
- Select Delete.SmartFlow shows an Note will be deleted dialog box.
- Select Done.
