Change the information that you recorded

If necessary, you can change the information that you recorded. For example, if you recorded the incorrect information, you can change it.

To change the information that you recorded, do this procedure.
Note: A practice manager can configure the period that you can change the information that you recorded. If you are not in the period that the practice manager configured, you cannot change the information that you recorded. The flowsheet shows a gray color if you cannot change the information.
  1. Go to the whiteboard.
  2. Select the applicable patient card.
    SmartFlow shows the patient's flowsheet.
  3. Select NOTES.

    SmartFlow shows the Notes dialog box.
  4. Find and select the applicable information.
    SmartFlow shows a box. You can use the box to change the information that you recorded.
  5. Change the applicable information.
  6. Select Done.

The flowsheet has the changed information.
