SmartFlow shows Warning! The dosage unit of concentration should be consistent when you try to record a total dose value
Do this troubleshooting if SmartFlow shows this warning when you try to record a total dose value for a medication: Warning! The dosage unit of concentration should be consistent with the concentration of medication (ex.: mg = mg). Otherwise, Charge Capture and/or Dispensing Machine will not work.

The units of measurement of the Concentration and the Dosage box are different
Select the correct unit of measurement for the dosage
- In the pop-up window that shows the warning, select Change.
- In the second Dosage box, select the same unit of measurement that is in the second Concentration box.SmartFlow automatically enters values in the Total dose boxes.
- Select Done.
