Add many images to a flowsheet

If a practice manager made a dedicated parameter for images, you can use it to add more than one image to a flowsheet treatment cell.

Note: You can usually only add one image to treatment cell of a patient's flowsheet.

To add many images, do this procedure.

Note: You cannot use the SmartFlow web app to do this procedure. You must use the SmartFlow iPad app.

Go to the whiteboard of the applicable patient.
Select the applicable patient card.
SmartFlow shows the patient's flowsheet.
Select the applicable treatment task.
SmartFlow shows a dialog box.
Select the photo button.
SmartFlow opens your device's camera app.
Select Take Photo and use the iPad camera to record an image.
Note: As an alternative, select Choose from Library and select a previously recorded image.
Note: If necessary, you can also record videos.
Repeat steps 3 thru 5 as necessary.

The flowsheet has the images.

Note: The Notes report shows each image and the related information that you recorded.

Tip: You can also add text information each image to the treatment cell of the applicable image.
