Use an admission form to make a patient

If a practice manager configured an admission form, you can use the form to make a patient. For example, if a client brings a patient for the first time, they can use the admission form to record the patient information.

Make sure that a practice manager configured the necessary form.
To use a form to make a patient, do this procedure.
Note: You cannot use the web app to do this procedure. You must use the iPad app.
  1. Go to the whiteboard.
  2. Select the plus button.

  3. Select the applicable admission form.

  4. Tell the client to use the form to enter the necessary patient information.
  5. After the client enters the information, select Get started.

  6. Swipe the STAFF: SWIPE RIGHT TO CONTINUE box to the right.

  7. Enter your passcode.

  8. Use the boxes to Select a whiteboard box to select the applicable whiteboard.

  9. Use the Select a template box to select the applicable flowsheet template.
  10. Select CREATE PATIENT.
