Removal of completed treatments from SmartFlow

While a Neo consultation has the Draft status, you can make any changes directly in Neo or by entering new quantity or the volume into the SmartFlow flowsheet. However, when you complete the consultation in Neo, SmartFlow does not sync changes to the consultation.

If you remove or delete the instruction from the cell on your flowsheet, Neo automatically removes the product from the consultation.
Note: Neo only automatically removes the product from the consultation if the consultation has the Draft status. If you change the status to Ready To Go , SmartFlow cannot sync changes between the flowsheet and the consultation.

So, deleting a completed treatment in SmartFlow will also delete the corresponding product an unpaid, paid or partly paid consultation in Neo.

If the treatment has been completed on the SmartFlow treatment sheet and is then deleted, the product is removed from the draft consultation. The records that follow are also deleted if they are related to the product line:
  • Vaccine
  • Prescription
  • Diagnostic orders

If a treatment has been completed on the SmartFlow treatment sheet and is then deleted, the product will not be removed if the consultation has been marked as Ready to Go.

The corresponding product line on unpaid, partly paid and paid Neo consultations won't be deleted. The following records will not be deleted if they are related to the product line: vaccine, prescription, and diagnostic orders.
