If you decide to stop the connection between Neo and SmartFlow, there is an option to deactivate integration.

1. Sign in to Neo.
2. Select your name in the menu bar, then select Administration.
   
3. Select SmartFlow.
   
   Neo shows a Smart Flow Settings screen.
4. Select the ellipsis that is adjacent to the SmartFlow API Key box.
   
5. Select Deactivate.
   
   The user will then receive a pop-up to confirm change.
6. Select OK.
