Sync a product from Neo to SmartFlow

If you sync a product from Neo to SmartFlow and accidentally remove it from SmartFlow, you can sync it to SmartFlow again.

To sync a product, do this procedure.
  1. Select your user account name, then select Products.
  2. Find and open the applicable product record.
    Neo shows product record settings.
  3. Select Save.
    Note: To sync the product record to SmartFlow again, it is only necessary to select Save. It is not necessary to make changes to the product record settings before you select Save.
Neo syncs the product to SmartFlow.
