Automatically send patient and dental chart records to Animana. As a result, it is not necessary to send the records manually.

1. Select the user account button.
   
   SmartFlow shows more settings.
2. Select SETTINGS.
   
   SmartFlow shows the General screen.
3. In the SETTINGS section, select Documents Management.
   
   SmartFlow shows the Documents Management screen.
4. Set EXPORT DOCUMENTS TO EMR to Yes.
   
5. To make sure that documents sync to Animana immediately after you complete them, set MERGE REPORTS INTO ONE PDF to No.
   

   Note: If you set MERGE REPORTS INTO ONE PDF to Yes, SmartFlow only syncs a patient's documents to Animana after you discharge the patient.
6. In the FILES TO RETAIN AFTER DISCHARGE section, select NO for documents that are not necessary to sync to Animana.
