Connect SmartFlow parameters to PIMS products

After you configure your SmartFlow integration with your practice information management system (PIMS), you must connect SmartFlow parameters to the applicable product. As a result, SmartFlow correctly syncs invoice information to your PIMS.

To map SmartFlow parameters, do this procedure.
  1. Select the user account button.

  2. In the TEMPLATES AND FORMS section, select Parameters.

  3. Find the applicable parameter and select the pencil icon.

    Note: The table shows parameters that are not mapped at the bottom of the table. Scroll down the table until the table shows the parameters that do not show a name in the DISPLAY NAME column.

  4. Make sure that the Name ( generated ) box shows the correct name.

  5. Make sure that the Default Section box shows the correct section.
  6. Make the other settings as necessary.
  7. Select Save & Next.

    SmartFlow shows the settings of one more parameter that you have not mapped.
  8. Repeat steps 4 thru 7 as necessary.
Your SmartFlow parameters are connected to your PIMS product records.
