Connect a parameter to a PIMS product

After you configure an integration with your PIMS, it is necessary to connect parameters to each applicable PIMS product. As a result, SmartFlow correctly syncs invoice information to your PIMS.

To connect a parameter, do this procedure.

Note: To make parameters for your PIMS products, do the procedure in Make parameters that connect to products from your PIMS.

Note: You cannot use the SmartFlow iPad app to do this procedure. You must use the SmartFlow web app.

Select the user account button.
SmartFlow shows more settings.
Select SETTINGS.
SmartFlow shows a General screen.
In the TEMPLATES AND FORMS section, select Parameters.
SmartFlow shows a Parameters screen.
Select the pencil button of the applicable parameter.
SmartFlow shows an Edit parameter dialog box.
In the PIMS Name box, select the applicable product from your PIMS.
Note: The box includes the name of your PIMS (for example, ezyVet Name).
Select Update.

The parameter is connected to a PIMS product.
