To make sure that your patients have the same ID numbers in SmartFlow and CUBEX, you can find the ID numbers of patients in CUBEX. If the numbers are different in SmartFlow and CUBEX, you can make necessary changes. Thus, the two systems will sync patient information correctly.

1. Go to www.mycubex.com/Account/Login and sign in to MyCubex.
2. Select Patients.
   
3. In the Patients tab, select Patients.
   
   MyCubex shows a list of items.
4. To find the patient that you need, use the Search box in the upper-right corner of the list.
