SmartFlow has a bad connection to your practice information management system (PIMS).
SmartFlow has more than 14 flowsheets for some patients.
- For each patient that is no longer at your clinic, discharge the patient in SmartFlow.
- If a patient stayed at your clinic for more than 14 days, and is still at your clinic, make a template from their treatments.
- Discharge the patient in SmartFlow.
- Admit the patient in SmartFlow.
- Use the template that you made in step 2 to schedule the same treatments for the patient.
