About station logins
The quantity of station logins that your organization has controls the quantities of devices that can sign in to SmartFlow at the same time.
Your organization has a minimum of three station logins. As a result, you can sign in to SmartFlow, on three devices at the same time.
Note: If necessary, a practice manager can get more station logins.
Examples of station logins:
- A staff member uses an iPad to sign in to the SmartFlow app
- A staff member uses a Each browser that you use to sign into SmartFlow
- A staff member shows the whiteboard on a TV
To reduce the number of station logins that are necessary, IDEXX customer support recommends that:
- A practice manager configures automatic session sign out
- You only use one browser tab or window to sign in to SmartFlow
- You make sure that you use iPads in the most frequently used areas of your hospital (for example, surgery rooms)
