Use analytics in SmartFlow

Use analytics to show information about tasks in a specified treatment template.

To use analytics in SmartFlow, do this procedure.
  1. Select the user account button.

  2. Select ANALYTICS.

  3. In the Workflow box, select a treatment template that contains the tasks that you want to know information about.

  4. Select Unique filters.

    SmartFlow shows boxes that can change the analytics information that SmartFlow shows.
  5. Make settings in the Unique filters section as necessary.
    Tip: To use saved settings in the Unique filters section, select an option in the Preset box.
    Tip: To save the settings that you made in the Unique filters section, select Save.
    SmartFlow shows information about tasks that are:
    • In the specified treatment template
    • In the range of the Unique filters settings
  6. To compare the information that SmartFlow showed in step 5 with other task information, select + ADD TO COMPARISON.

  7. Make settings in the more Unique filters section as necessary.
