Use the SmartFlow analytics feature to identify the length of time that it takes staff to complete a workflow template. It is important that you know how SmartFlow calculates the length of time.

The total time is the period between the start of the workflow template and the end of the workflow template. You can configure the start and end of the template. After you select a workflow template, the Analytics screen shows the workflow tasks of the template. And the screen shows two controls with a blue color. You can move each control to identify the start and the end of the template.
