The workflow view mode

The SmartFlow whiteboard has a workflow view mode. The workflow view mode shows the workflow tasks of all admitted patients.

You can use the workflow view mode to:
  • Complete workflow tasks
  • Add workflow tasks
  • Remove workflow tasks
  • Add checklists to workflow tasks
Note: You cannot use the workflow view mode to change the sequence of workflow tasks.

The workflow view mode shows:
  • Each patient's patient card
  • Each patient's workflow tasks
Each workflow task as shown in workflow view mode shows:
  • The workflow task name
  • The time since a staff member completed the previous workflow task
After you complete a workflow task, the whiteboard identifies that the task is complete. To identify a completed task, SmartFlow:
  • Adds a tick icon
  • Changes the workflow task to a gray color
  • Adds a line through the name of the workflow task
