Collapse all sections: Click the arrow next to the time to quickly expand or collapse every section.

Collapse individual sections: All sections are expanded by default for new patients. Click the arrow next to a section title to expand or collapse it.

Badges show overdue task count: Collapsed sections are highlighted and display a badge showing any overdue tasks, so nothing gets missed.
