Before you can use the whiteboard account to show SmartFlow on a TV, a practice manager must configure the whiteboard account.

1. Select the user account button.
   
   SmartFlow shows more settings.
2. Select SETTINGS.
   
   SmartFlow shows the General screen.
3. In the SECURITY section, select Security.
   
   SmartFlow shows the Security screen.
4. In the WHITEBOARD ACCOUNT section, select Setup.
   
   SmartFlow shows the Setup whiteboard password dialog box.
5. In the PASSWORD box, enter the applicable password.
   
6. In the CONFIRM PASSWORD box, enter the password again.
7. Select Setup password.
