Configure the unit of measurement for weight to make it the same as the unit that your organization uses.

1. Select the user account button.
   
2. Select SETTINGS.
   
   SmartFlow shows a General settings screen.
3. Set WEIGHT UNITS to kg for kilograms or lb for pounds.
   
4. Select Save.
