Configure the period that staff can change or remove information

Staff can use a flowsheet to record information about a patient's clinical care. A practice manager can configure the period that staff can change or remove the general information that they record.

To configure the period, do this procedure.
  1. Select the user account button.
    The user account icon
    SmartFlow shows more settings.
  2. Select SETTINGS.
    The SETTINGS command
    SmartFlow shows the General screen.
  3. In the NOTES CAN BE EDITED FOR (HOURS) box, record the applicable period of time that staff can change or remove information.
  4. Select Change.
