What's new

A form does not automatically enter data

A practice manager can add form properties to a form. Some form properties can automatically enter data from a flowsheet to the form. If the SmartFlow does not automatically enter the applicable data to the form, do these troubleshooting steps.

A practice manager changed the internal value of the form property

Configure the internal value of a form property

In the Properties section, find the applicable form property.
Select the Pencil button.
SmartFlow shows the Edit property dialog box.
In the Internal Name box, enter the applicable internal name.
Note: For the list of the correct internal names, refer to About form properties.
Select Update.
