SmartFlow Knowledge Center: New and published

You can cancel your SmartFlow subscription if necessary. For example, if you do not use SmartFlow, you can cancel your subscription.

Make sure that your user account has level six user permissions.

To cancel your subscription, do this procedure.

Select the user account button.
SmartFlow shows more settings.
Select SETTINGS.
SmartFlow shows the General screen.
Select Cancel Subscription.
SmartFlow shows the Continue Cancellation dialog box.
Select Cancel Subscription.
Your browser shows the SmartFlow Subscription Cancellation form in a new tab.
Answer each question of the form.
Select Submit.
