Release notes (SmartFlow web app): July 2026

The SmartFlow web app has the following changes from July, 2026.

Change: 20 July, 2026

Note: New Fluids is a pilot feature and is only available for Early Adopters customers. For more information about New Fluids, go to Get started with New Fluids.

SmartFlow keeps the weight-based rate (ml/kg/hr) that you enter for a New Fluids treatment. If the weight of the patient changes, a treatment that has not started shows a red dot. When you open the treatment, SmartFlow recalculates the absolute rate for the new weight. SmartFlow does not change a treatment that has started. If you save the treatment in the SmartFlow iPad app, the treatment keeps an absolute rate only.

New: List management CSV import and export (13 July, 2026)

On the List Management settings page, you can import problems and procedures from a CSV file. You can also export problems and procedures to a CSV file. You can do this for problems only, for procedures only, or for both at the same time. A CSV template with the correct column names and example data is available to download from the List Management settings page.

Note: Only user accounts with Level 6 permissions can import and export these records.

Fix: 6 July, 2026

When you select Send To SmartFlow in ezyVet, the cursor is not in the date field of the popup window. As a result, the calendar does not open and does not hide the Send To SmartFlow button. Previously, the cursor was in the date field, and you had to close the calendar before you could select the button.

Changes: 3 July, 2026

The header of the SmartFlow web app has two new buttons that give you access to more useful resources:
  • What's New
  • Help & Support
