Record general information in a flowsheet

If you have general information that you want to record in a flowsheet, use the Notes dialog box.

To record general information, do this procedure.
  1. Go to the whiteboard of the applicable patient.
  2. Select the applicable patient card.
    SmartFlow shows the patient's flowsheet.
  3. Select NOTES.

    SmartFlow shows a Notes dialog box.
  4. Select Enter a new note...
    The Enter a new note... box
    The Notes dialog box shows an Enter your note... box.
  5. Enter the applicable information.
  6. Select Done.
    The Done button
The flowsheet has the information.
