If necessary, you can remove the information that you recorded. For example, if you recorded the information on the incorrect flowsheet, you can remove it.

1. Go to the whiteboard of the applicable patient.
2. Select the applicable patient card.
   SmartFlow shows the patient's flowsheet.
3. Select NOTES.
   
   SmartFlow shows a Notes dialog box.
4. Find and select the applicable information.
5. Select DELETE.
   
   SmartFlow shows a Are you sure you want to delete dialog box.
6. Select Delete.
   
   SmartFlow shows a Note will be deleted dialog box.
7. Select Done.
