Add only the workflow tasks of a treatment template to a flowsheet

When you add only workflow tasks to the flowsheet, SmartFlow does not add treatment parameters from the template. For example, you can schedule admission tasks for a patient before you schedule treatment, because you do not know what treatment the patient requires.

Make sure that a practice manager configured the treatment template.

To add the workflow tasks of a treatment template, do this procedure.

Note: This procedure does not add the treatment parameters from the treatment template.

Go to the whiteboard of the applicable patient.
Select the applicable patient card.
SmartFlow shows the patient's flowsheet.
Select ADD WORKFLOW.
SmartFlow shows an Add Workflow window.
In the Treatment Template box, select the applicable treatment template.
Select Done.
SmartFlow shows a dialog box.
Select Replace or Add.
Note: To keep the workflow tasks that the flowsheet has, select Add. To remove the workflow tasks that the flowsheet has, select Replace.

The flowsheet has the workflow tasks.
