Configure the SmartFlow integration for VisionVPM

Before staff can use SmartFlow with VisionVPM, a practice manager must configure the integration.

Make sure that you:
  • Sign in to SmartFlow and get an applicable API key
  • Enable the SmartFlow integration in the VisionVPM service desk
To configure the integration, do this procedure.
  1. Sign in the VisionVPM.
  2. Select Maintenance.
  3. Select System Defaults.
  4. Select SmartFlow Setup.
    VisionVPM shows the Smart Flow Sheet Setup pop-up window.
  5. In the Clinic Key (this is provided by Smart Flow) box, enter the API key.
  6. Select Rebuild department list from Smart Flow and select the applicable departments for patient admission.
  7. Select Rebuild treatment list from SmartFlow and select the applicable treatment templates that you can select for patient admission.
  8. Make the other settings as necessary.
  9. To sync your inventory products to SmartFlow, select Send Products to Smart Flow.
  10. To sync the user accounts of staff members, select Send Vets to Smart Flow.
VisionVPM has a configured integration.
