Manually enroll a staff member inSmartFlow university

If it is necessary, you can manually enroll a staff member of a practice in SmartFlow university.

You must have a SkyPrep account.
To manually enroll a staff member, do this procedure.
  1. Go to https://smartflowsheet.skyprepapp.com/account.
    A sign-in screen shows.
  2. Sign in to your SkyPrep account.
  3. In the header bar, select Users & Groups.
  4. Select Users.
    The Users screen shows.
  5. In the First Name box and Last Name box, enter the staff member's name.
  6. In the Email box, enter the staff member's email address.
  7. In the Company box, enter the name of the practice.
    Note: You must enter the same practice name that shows in the Account screen of the practice's SmartFlow account.
  8. In the Clinic ID box, enter the clinic ID of the practice's SmartFlow account.
    Tip: The clinic ID is different than the SAP.
  9. In the Add to Courses box, select the applicable course for the staff member.
  10. Select Create New User.
    Note: If the Create New User button does not work, make sure that the staff member does not have a SmartFlow university account.
