RxWorks does not show a patient's SmartFlow records after you discharge a patient

If a patient record in RxWorks does not show the patient's SmartFlow records after you discharge them, do these troubleshooting steps.

Configure SmartFlow to sync each report as one PDF document

  1. Select the user account button.

  2. Select SETTINGS.

  3. In the SETTINGS section, select Documents Management.

  4. Set MERGE REPORTS INTO ONE PDF to No.
