Sync of patient photos from SmartFlow to Neo
When you use SmartFlow to discharge a patient, SmartFlow syncs the patient photo to Neo. The Files tab of the patient record in Neo shows the photo.
A photo that SmartFlow synced to Neo shows this information in the Neo user interface:
- The Title column shows Smart Flow Patient Photo
The Category column shows Smart Flow
- The file name is a long sequence of charactersNote: If you see that the photo is still not updated, refresh the page.Note: The SmartFlow patient picture will display as the Neo patient ID photo only if there is no existing one in Neo.
