Sync Animana products to SmartFlow

Before SmartFlow can sync invoice information to Animana, a practice manager must sync Animana products to SmartFlow. Then the practice manager can connect the Animana products to SmartFlow parameters. As a result, each time that you complete a treatment task of a parameter, SmartFlow automatically syncs the related information to the patient record in Animana.

To sync Animana products, do this procedure.

Note: You cannot sync individual products. You must sync product groups or combi products.

Select the settings button.
Select General Settings.
In the SETTINGS sidebar, select SmartFlow.
Animana shows the SMARTFLOW screen.
In the Products column, select Sync.
Animana shows the Products Synchronisation screen.
Select the checkbox that is adjacent to each applicable product.
Select Sync to SmartFlow.

Animana syncs the product records to SmartFlow.

A practice manager must connect SmartFlow parameters to the Animana products.
