About the Some treatments were not synced with your EMR error message

After you add a treatment to a flowsheet, SmartFlow automatically syncs invoice information to your practice information management system (PIMS). If SmartFlow could not sync the invoice information, it shows the Some treatments were not synced with your EMR error message.

To show the treatment of the invoice information that SmartFlow could not sync, select the error message. After you select the error message, SmartFlow shows the EMR Sync Errors dialog box.

To try to sync the invoice information again, select Sync Again. For example, if your PIMS was not working, but is now fixed, you can try to sync the invoice information again.
Note: When you discharge the patient, SmartFlow automatically tries to sync all of the invoice information that it could not sync to your PIMS again.
