Connect CUBEX to SmartFlow

Before you can use CUBEX with SmartFlow, you must connect the two systems.

Make sure that you have the necessary CUBEX configuration information from IDEXX customer support:
  • Site code
  • Identity
  • Password
To connect CUBEX to SmartFlow, do this procedure.
  1. Select the user account button.

  2. Select SETTINGS.

  3. In the INTEGRATION section, select Dispensing Machine.

  4. Select Connect Dispensing Machine.

  5. In the Site Code, Identity, and Password boxes, enter the CUBEX configuration information that you received from IDEXX customer support.

  6. In the Timezone box, select the time zone of your practice.

  7. If you want SmartFlow to sync medication information to CUBEX, set Send Profiles to Yes.

    Note: If Send Profiles is deactivated, contact IDEXX customer support. It is possible that SmartFlow is not synced with your PIMS inventory.
  8. Select Save.

SmartFlow has a connection to CUBEX.
If your organization uses Cornerstone or Neo, contact IDEXX customer support to configure the CUBEX connection.
