If you have a CUBEX integration, configure SmartFlow to send medication invoicing information to CUBEX as an alternative to your PIMS. As a result, your PIMS does not add the same item to an invoice many times.

1. Select the user account button.
   
   SmartFlow shows more settings.
2. Select SETTINGS.
   
   SmartFlow shows the General screen.
3. Select EMR.
   
   SmartFlow shows the EMR Integration screen.
4. Set SEND BILLING & MEDICAL RECORDS TO EMR to OFF.
   
5. Set SEND ANESTHETIC BILLING & MEDICAL RECORDS TO EMR to OFF.
   
6. In the TEMPLATES AND FORMS section, select Parameters.
   
   SmartFlow shows the Parameters screen.
7. Find a parameter of an item that is in CUBEX.
8. Select the pencil button of the applicable parameter.
   
   SmartFlow shows the Edit parameter dialog box.
9. Set Cubex Billing to ON.
   
10. Repeat steps 8 thru 9 for each parameter of an item that is in CUBEX.
