If your organization received an iPad from IDEXX, you cannot open the Apple App Store application to update SmartFlow. You must use the App Catalog application.

1. In the iPad, open the App Catalog application.
2. Find the record for the SmartFlow application.
3. Adjacent to the record for the SmartFlow application, select Update.
   Note: If the Installed button is adjacent to the record for the SmartFlow application, as an alternative to the Update button, SmartFlow is updated.
