Changes to the names of workflow templates
The Analytics screen shows data that is related to your organizations workflow templates. The Analytics screen can show different names of the the same workflow template. It is important that you know the causes of the different names.
When you select the Workflow box, SmartFlow shows a list of your organization's workflow templates. SmartFlow can show the same workflow template with more information in the name. For example, it can show:
- A version number
- A date
If a staff member changes the workflow template, SmartFlow automatically shows the template again in the Analytics screen with a new version number. And SmartFlow shows the date that the staff member made the change to the workflow template adjacent to the previous version of the workflow template.
