The iPad app does not show a form

If the SmartFlow iPad app does not show a form, do these troubleshooting steps.

A practice manager did not configure the form to show

Set Show on Main Screen to NO

  1. Select the user account button.

  2. Select SETTINGS.

    SmartFlow shows a General settings screen.
  3. In the TEMPLATES AND FORMS section, select Forms.

  4. Hover over the name of the form, then select the applicable form.

  5. Select the pencil button that is adjacent to the form name.

  6. Set Show on Main Screen to No.

  7. Select Done.

Select SEND TO IPADS

  1. Select the user account button.
