The left sidebar of a whiteboard does not show a form
The left sidebar of a whiteboard shows a plus button. When you select the plus button, SmartFlow shows your organizations forms. If SmartFlow does not show a form, do these troubleshooting steps.
A practice manager did not configure the form to show on whiteboards
Set Show on Main Screen to YES
- Select the user account button.SmartFlow shows more settings.
- Select SETTINGS.SmartFlow shows the General screen.
- In the TEMPLATES AND FORMS section, select Forms.SmartFlow shows the Forms screen.
- Select the pencil button that is adjacent to the name of the form.SmartFlow shows the Edit Form dialog box.
- Set Show on Main Screen to YES.
- Select Done.
