What's new

A practice manager can change the sequence of patients that the whiteboard shows.

To change the sequence, do this procedure.

Note: You cannot use the SmartFlow iPad app to do this procedure. You must use the SmartFlow web app.

Select the user account button.
SmartFlow shows more settings.
Select SETTINGS.
SmartFlow shows a General screen.
Use the SORTING OPTION setting to select the applicable patient sequence setting.

SmartFlow puts the whiteboard in the applicable sequence.
