Install the new versions
To get access to faster syncing, it is necessary to update the SmartFlow iPad app to version 17.9.2. To update the SmartFlow iPad app, select:
App Store > profile icon > App Updates > Update.
Tip: To activate automatic app updates, select:
Settings > Apps > App Store > App Updates.
IDEXX customer support also recommends that you update iPadOS to the latest version. To update iPadOS, select:
Settings > General > Software Update > Update Now.
Tip: To activate automatic iPadOS updates, select:
Software Update > Automatic Updates > iPadOS Updates.
Note: Automatic installation is only possible if the iPad has an electrical supply and a Wi-Fi connection when you do not use it.
